Shipping fees vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Exact costs will be shown at checkout.

We’ll be reaching out via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your spot. Please try to respond within 24 hours to keep your booking active.

Important: Partial returns are not allowed, You must either accept the entire order or return it in full, if you'd like to refund or exchange any item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your item is dispacted, you’ll receive a confirmation message with the delivery details.

Our courier will make up to three delivery attempts. If all are unsuccessful, the order will be returned and cancelled. Please make sure your contact details are correct to avoid any delays.
