All products and prices are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change without prior notice.
Chocka is committed to ongoing style development and product improvement. Therefore, we reserve the right to update product designs, colors, or details without prior notice. In rare cases, items delivered may vary slightly in color or texture from those displayed online. Any replacement items will always be of equal value, quality, and appearance.
Full payment is required before dispatching your order.
Chocka guarantees that all items are carefully inspected for quality and workmanship under normal wear and care conditions.
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, you must report it within the same day of delivery or by the next day at the latest. In such cases, we will replace the item free of charge. Digital photos of the defect must be provided to begin the replacement process.
Chocka is not responsible for minor differences in fabric texture, color variations due to screen settings, or any wear and tear resulting from misuse, improper washing, or extended exposure to harsh conditions.
Once a defect is reported and confirmed, Chocka will either exchange the item, repair it if possible, or refund the purchase amount. Chocka is not liable for any loss of personal profit, inconvenience, or indirect damages related to the purchase.
Please note that delicate fabrics and garments should be handled and cared for according to the care labels provided. Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect washing, or failure to follow care instructions.
