EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
1. Check Before You Pay
Upon delivery, the courier will give you time to open and check your order at your doorstep. Please inspect the product carefully:
✅ If everything is correct and you’re happy with the item, you can accept it and pay the full amount.
❌ If the item is not what you ordered, or you’re not satisfied, you may return it immediately with the courier. You will only be charged for shipping fees.
2. Important Notes
This service applies only at the time of delivery.
Once the product is accepted and paid for, we do not accept returns for reasons such as size, transparency, or personal preference after washing or using the item.
For Unused items
Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that items are in their original, unused packaging. Items that are worn, missing original tags, or not in their original packaging (including the white strap) are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- We transfer the money through instapay, any mobile wallet, or bank accounts as soon as we receive the package. Refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed.
- Customers can exchange each item only once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
