Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that items are in their original, unused packaging. Items that are worn, missing original tags, or not in their original packaging (including the white strap) are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
We transfer the money through instapay, any mobile wallet, or bank accounts as soon as we receive the package.
